DESCRIPTION:
The Model UVD-200 Video/Audio Adapter is the capture solution for both still and full motion video/audio. The adapter acts as an interface for your analog video/audio sources, such as camcorders and VCRs, and converts these to digital information that your computer can process. It is powered from the USB connection on your computer, and is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand. Included with the unit is MGI Video Wave 4.0 SE, video editing software.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS:
The UVD-200 is used to digitize analog video/audio information from sources with composite video or S-Video outputs. The video is saved on the computer as an uncompressed AVI file. The video can then be edited and compressed using the software included with the adapter.The adapter includes software drivers for both Windows® 98, ME, XP, 2000 and Mac OS 8.6 or higher (Not OS X).
